Families grow like trees. Roots, often invisible, provide water, nutrients, support and stability to the trunk. Through the trunk, these elements reach and nurture the branches, leaves and flowers. These, in turn, absorb the sun rays and transform them into energy, facilitating breathing and ensuring continuation of the tree’s life. In this self-organizing life dynamic, certain rules must be respected, in order for the tree to thrive, or even just survive.

The family is a living, changing, growing, fluid, balanced, dynamic, self perpetuating system, like the tree. Depending on our role within that system, and depending on what has happened to different parts of it, we are inevitably affected by its unique characteristics, for better or for worse.

Family Constellations provide a unique opportunity for self-discovery and growth on all levels of being by putting us in touch with our deepest and most powerful inner resources. Once our genetic resonance is recognized and understood, it will evoke feelings and direct our movements, allowing hidden dynamic to emerge along with their resolution and integration.
