This is Part I of the Taoist sexual cultivation training when learned and practiced become a means of empowerment are both energizing and healing as well as sensual and ecstatic.
Mastering your sexual energy, involves the ability to integrate your emotions of love and compassion with your orgasmic energy. Additionally, keeping your sexual organs strong and healthy no matter what age, make it possible for you to transform and use your sexual energy towards self development and evolution towards spiritual freedom.
As men, one of the benefits you will learn will be how to gain control of your ejaculatory response and become multi-orgasmic.
For women, a great benefit is learning to access, harness, and recycle, the energy of your ovaries, which will help reduce discomfort and energy loss during menstrual cycles.
