Ladies of all ages, this special day we will unite together and hold hands as we journey to embracing Holistic Integrative Health through Ancient Taoist wisdom. We will highlight:

*Internal Harmonizing Detox Organ therapies and how to revitalize health through our organ system
*Ecstatic movement and Medical Qi Gong
We will cover the health benefits and correct usage of Jade stones to strengthen and revitalize the reproductive pelvic floor.

On Sunday,the second day of our workshop, we will invite men to join and learn how we integrate our practices with them.
For the class, Please bring the following:
- Water bottle
- Water bottle with handle (for yoni weight training)
- Yoga matt, small pillow, small light blanket
- Large Towel
- Lady Sarong for women (Available for purchase)
- Please Wear comfortable dresses
- Nails MUST to be filed
